Meet Editor Eva Nill
I work at the intersection of storytelling, editing, publishing, design and digital commerce. For more than a decade I have helped authors, founders and brands turn unformed ideas into finished work that reads well, looks considered, and holds up in a competitive market.
My practice began in manuscripts — ghostwriting memoirs and business books, then editing them line by line until the argument or the story finally breathed. It grew into everything that surrounds a book: the interior layout, the cover, the Kindle file, the KDP listing, the author's brand. Today it also includes the digital storefronts my clients build alongside their books.
Whatever the project, the method is the same: listen carefully, respect the voice, and refuse to release anything that isn't finished properly.

Challenge
A founder arrived with eleven years of notes, voice memos and half-finished chapters — and no structure, no narrative spine, and a launch date six months away.
Approach
We ran a discovery series to find the through-line, built a chapter architecture around three turning points, then ghostwrote the manuscript in fortnightly instalments with the author reviewing voice at every stage.
Result
